Baby Boomer Handyman Is

Another Part-Time Work For Somone

Who likes To Build And Fix Things

Baby Boomer Handyman

Baby Boomer Handyman is another strategy for someone who likes to build and fix things. According to the US Labor Department being a handyman and do carpentry work plus other works keep getting better.

My mother is now living in Florida, and she is always looking for somebody to come to the house and fix minor things like some tree branches trimming, minor house exterior painting, occasional lawn mowing. She always has difficulties finding the right guy.

Some Handyman work;

            Some tree branches trimming

            Occasional lawn mowing

            Replacing light bulbs requiring latter

            Some external paint jobs

            Some interior paint jobs

Some Payback

Handyman work activity is usually small enough so we can do it part time. The work may be small but the money is not. Mowing an average size lawn could be anywhere from $40-$60 a pop (about an hour or two).

To me I consider this handyman work as an indirect proactive retiring strategy. This is something you do to make enough money to purchase a rental unit.

Now if you don’t want to manage the rental property, you can hire a realtor to do it for you.
